Get the file: download the AppImage, make it executable and run it
chmod +x Asto-Client-*.AppImage && ./Asto-Client-*.AppImage -
If it does not start, FUSE is usually missing (Ubuntu 24.04:
libfuse2t64):sudo apt install libfuse2Or run it without FUSE:APPIMAGE_EXTRACT_AND_RUN=1 ./Asto-Client-*.AppImage -
If no window opens (e.g. Ubuntu 24.04 blocks the sandbox), use:
./Asto-Client-*.AppImage --no-sandbox - The install script verifies the file and adds a menu entry. View or download the script

Uninstall (.deb):
sudo apt remove asto-clientUninstall (terminal command):curl -fsSL https://astoclient.com/get/linux-script | bash -s -- --uninstall
The checksum (SHA-512, Base64) is listed in latest-linux.yml; the script checks it for you. By hand:
openssl dgst -sha512 -binary Asto-Client-*.AppImage | base64 -w0
